  • Caribbean Basin natural resource and green technology financing and development utilizing a private equity portfolio in low environmental impact, high social accountability  agricultural products, mineral gathering, marketing, transportation and distribution, incorporating a separate bio-diesel plant, electrical generation, feedstock and marketing commercial facility which reduces adverse environmental and economic impacts of fossil fuels by 25% in fossil fuel resource poor Caribbean countries

  •  11,500 acre, 7,200 lot master-planned affordable housing community in California project acquired for US$16.5 million, with US$15.0 million in private debt financed by multi-national bank $13.86 million in private equity for A & D, plus assumption of US$42.0 million in Mello-Roos bond debt, with an additional US$10.0 million in equity by private equity fund. 
  • Sold to third party for US$57.2 million, plus assumption of US$57.5 million in bond debt; re-financed by multi-national bank for US$275.0 million and new bond debt of US$50.0 million.

  •  Phase I, 64 unit affordable housing, subdivided, platted, and zoned project in Colorado with Phase I and II acquired by private equity of US$38.5 million, developed with private equity of US$5.0 million against sales of 46 units for positive returns
  • Phase II, additional free market and affordable units sold out with follow-on initial financing of US$13.750 million increased to about US$20.0 million by hedge fund, an additional about US$3.325 million private secured equity, subsequently including major national developer as development partner for positive returns
